Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If an item has a longer processing time, it will be listed in the product description.

Processing time is the time it takes me to get your order ready to ship and does not include the time it takes the carrier to deliver your package.

Shipping Locations

VioletBeamStudio currently ships within the United States only.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. Delays can sometimes happen while a package is in transit.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated or you’re having an issue with your delivery, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. VioletBeamStudio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, please contact me as soon as possible.

About My Products

VioletBeamStudio sells a mix of items that are handmade, assembled, or hand-completed by me. Some products are made using purchased supplies, pre-designed sets, or pre-designed kits.

More information about how each item is made and where the supplies or kits were sourced can be found in the individual product descriptions.

Because items are made, assembled, or completed by hand, there may be slight differences between finished pieces.
