Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your order from VioletBeamStudio. If you need to request a return, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please keep the original packaging when possible.

To request a return, contact me at violetbeamstudio@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, I will provide instructions on where and how to send your item back.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact me as soon as possible at violetbeamstudio@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can look into the issue and make it right.

Made-to-Order, Custom & Personalized Items

Made-to-order, custom, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please double-check any selections or personalization before placing your order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

If a sale item is eligible for returns, that information will be stated in the product description.

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for a return and you would like something different, you can return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
